On 22th of September, at Hoang Mai I Industrial Park (Hoang Mai Town, Nghe An Province) has witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ju Teng electronic & automobile component manufacturing project invested by EXCEL SMART GLOBAL LIMITED (a subsidiary of Ju Teng International Holdings Limited, Taiwan).

The Ju Teng electronic and automobile component manufacturing project at Hoang Mai I Industrial Park was granted the Investment Certificate by the Management Board of Dong Nam Economic Zone on 30/12/2021, on a scale of 120ha. After 9 months since the grant, Ju Teng International Holdings Limited has completed the administrative process and performed the grounding breaking ceremony.
This is the project specialized in manufacturing computer components & peripherals and automobile supporting components with an investment for Phase I is USD 200 million, requires 6,000 – 9,000 workers and it is one of the key FDI project that Nghe An Province has attracted.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Li-Yu Cheng – President of Ju Teng International Holdings Limited expressed his strong impression after visiting 10 Industrial Parks accross the country in 2019, the Company has decided to invest in Hoang Mai I Industrial Park because the Company has received the warm, sincere and thoughtful welcome from the Province’s leaders and also recognized the potential and competitive advantages of Nghe An Province.

President of Ju Teng International Holdings Limited commited that the manufactory will start operating in June, 2023. It will be using the most modern technology in the past 20 years and will become the modern case manufacturing factory in the world. President of Ju Teng International Holdings Limited expressed his sincere gratitude towards the leaders of Nghe An Province, the departments, the authorities, the agencies of Hoang Mai Town for their support throughout the past period so the project can commence and start developing on time.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the People’s Council of Nghe An Nguyen Duc Trung emphasised that the groundbreaking ceremony of Ju Teng International Holdings at Hoang Mai I IP has proven the role of Nghe An’s investment potential, strengths, and opportunities in investment promotion. Especially, it has also reassured the political determination and the highest efforts of Nghe An Province; the presence of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Nghe An Thai Thanh Quy has demonstrated the highest commitment of Nghe An’s leaders with investors in general and Ju Teng in specific.
Chairman of the People’s Council of Nghe An stated that the province has delivered what have been committed with the investor, promptly resolved all difficulties and challenges in investment promotion; continuously innovated and practically improved the safe and attractive investment environment to set a momentum and attract other projects in the supply chain to form a positive business environment and mutual corporation between Nghe An Province and strategic investors, including Ju Teng.

In the time coming, Chairman of People’s Council of Nghe An Province Nguyen Duc Trung requested Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation to focus on completing the technical infrastructure, enhance the IP’s landscape; improve the the investment environment of Nghe An Province to attract investors in high-tech industrial manufacturing industries and supporting industries on a large scale; Hop Luc Construction., JSC to deliver timely and high-quality construction so the manufactory can go into operation in June 2023 as promised by the investor.

Recognizing Ju Teng International Holdings Limited and its vendors as strategic investors, the leader of the People’s Council stated Nghe An province commits to partner with and provide favorable conditions in terms of policy, investment and business environment and relevant procedures during the construction and implementation of the project.
At the same time, Chairman of the People’s Council requested departments, authorities, and agencies actively cooperate, promptly support and resolve difficulties, challenges, enquiries, proposals from the investor throughout the consutrction and operation of the project in Nghe An; assigned People’s Council of Hoang Mai Town to ensure the security and other relevant issues during the implementation and operation of the project so it can be carried out safely and conveniently.

Chairman of People’s Council of Hoang Mai Town Nguyen Huu An considered the project is suitable with the strategy to promote investment in the town, and look forward to improve the value of industrial manufacturing as well as create more job and increase income. At the same time, the local authorities commit to support the investor resolve all issues, ensure the security so the project can be implemented effectively.
On behalf of the construction unit, Mr. Le Anh Hung – Chairman of Hop Luc Construction., JSC ensured that with more than 850 seasoned engineers and 8,000 skilled workers, the company can complete the construction on time with high quality before handing it over the investor to start their manufacturing activites.
