On the morning of January 18, 2024, the Vietnam Federation of Industrial Real Estate Associations organized the first term Congress (2024 – 2029) with the theme: “Solidarity – Creativity – Sustainability” which officially took place in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association is a social-professional organization of businesses investing in the infrastructure development of industrial zones and clusters and related businesses supporting industrial development.

The Congress had the participation of more than 300 delegates, including leaders of central and local agencies, representatives of management boards of economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters, export processing zones, and high-tech parks… businesses, investors in infrastructure development of industrial parks and clusters, domestics, and international experts related to the real estate sector industrial products…
This is not only an event to officially launch the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association, but also an opportunity for investors, experts, and leaders of businesses developing industrial park infrastructure to meet and connect, share information, exchange, comment and propose creative solutions to promote the development of the industrial real estate market.

At the Congress, delegates discussed and determined the direction of tasks and solutions for the development of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association; discussed the organization and operation regulations of the Association; and elected the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association.

With the theme “Solidarity – Creativity – Sustainability”, the Congress approved the operating directions and work programs of the Professional Committees and the Association with the determination to complete: all key economic regions All over the country, there are industrial real estate enterprises participating in the association; Organize at least 05 domestic and foreign investment promotion programs; New development of 5 industrial parks and industrial clusters; New development of 05 housing and worker accommodation projects in industrial parks and industrial clusters with many workers…
Strive to reach a minimum number of 500 members by 2029, with an annual membership growth rate of 20% to 30%. The association is truly the legal representative of its members, protecting the members’ legal rights. Strengthen the position and voice of members society. Ensure that all members have suggestions, feedback, and propose solutions to overcome difficulties and give opinions on mechanisms and policies; provide support and advice to solve problems arising during the production and business development process…
