Hoang Mai Water Plant

General Introduction

Hoang Mai Water Plant Project invests in the development of a water treatment station with the total capacity of 80,000 CMD, including:

Phase I: Build the manufactory with a capacity of 30,000 CMD.

Phase II: Increase the capacity to 80,000 m3/day-night when Hoang Mai Industrial Zone and Quynh Lap thermal power plant start operating.

The specific project objectives are as follows:

Investment in the construction of technical infrastructure;
Investment in the construction of the water treatment plant and executive offices;
Investment in the construction of water pipelines;
Clean water trading

SCALE

Hoang Mai Water Plant was planned and developed on a scale of 28 ha, in which Phase I building area is 13 ha and Phase II’s is 15 ha.

Project area:

Hoang Mai Water Plant was planned and developed in Tan Thang Commune, Quynh Luu District. The raw material was sourced from Vuc Mau Lake that is next to the station. Its boundaries are as below:

INVESTED CAPITAL

Hoang Mai Water Plant project has the total invested capital of 950,000,000,000 (nine hundred and fifty billion) dong.

Phase I: 400,000,000,000 (four hundred billion) dong.

Phase II: 550,000,000,000 (five hundred and fifty billion) dong.

DURATION

Duration of project activities is 50 years since the Investment Certificate is granted.

BUSINESS FIELD

Supply clean water for administrative offices, business units, organizations and individual business production activities and services in Hoang Mai Town.

INVESTMENT INCENTIVE (ADVANTAGES)

Investors get the Investment Certificate for Hoang Mai Water Plant Project according to project contents in the shortest time.
The project is allowed to enjoy the most preferential policies about taxes and other fees, such as:
- The project was applied Income tax rate is 10% now in a period of 15 years, 4 years of tax exemption and 50% in the next 9 years.
- Exemption from land use, land rent for mining projects, water treatment, pipeline and construction on the water supply pipe network; support projects management and operation of water supply system for the duration of the project activities.
- This project gets a clear land handover from Government in order to build manufactory.
- This project has priority when using preferential financing and support post-investment interest rate when using commercial loans.
Nghe An Province invests and provides infrastructure systems to the fence of construction.
Other priorities according to Vietnamese laws.
