On the morning of July 4, 2026, Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation, in coordination with the Nghe An Southeast Economic Zone Management Board and the People’s Committees of Hoang Mai and Tan Mai Wards, successfully organized the “2026 Job Fair – Phase 3” at Hoang Mai I Industrial Park, Hoang Mai Ward, Nghe An Province. The event served as a strategic bridge connecting FDI and high-tech enterprises with over 700 local workers, vocational students, and final-year university students, unlocking more than 1,500 attractive career opportunities right in their hometown.

An Economic Bright Spot and Human Resource Demands in Northern Nghe An
Speaking at the event, Mr. Bui Thanh An, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee, emphasized that in the first six months of 2026, Nghe An achieved positive socio-economic results. The province’s Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth rate was estimated at 9.65%, while industrial production, exports, and investment attraction continued to flourish. Labor supply-demand matchmaking efforts contributed to creating new jobs for approximately 24,800 workers.

1. Hoang Mai I IP: Affirming its Position with an Over 85% Occupancy Rate
Benefiting from a prime strategic location that directly connects to the North-South Expressway, National Highway 1A, the national railway, and the regional seaport system, Hoang Mai I IP has basically been filled. It currently hosts 5 major investors with a total registered investment capital of approximately 725 million USD, achieving an occupancy rate of over 85% of the land area allocated and leased by the State.
2. Hoang Mai II IP: Outstanding Site Clearance Progress
In parallel, Hoang Thinh Dat is working closely with the Hoang Mai Ward authorities to accelerate compensation and site clearance to build infrastructure and hand over land to investors. Through this tight cooperation with local authorities, Hoang Mai II IP has so far seen 2 enterprises enter operations with a total investment of over 50 million USD. Additionally, 3 new projects have signed land lease agreements and are finalizing investment registration procedures, with a total registered investment capital of about 70 million USD.
