On the afternoon of December 13, in Vinh city held a working session and signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation memorandum between Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation and Vantage Logistics Corporation under the witness of Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee.
Representing Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Bui Thanh An – Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincal People’s Committee presided the meeting. In addition, attendees were representative of relevant departments.
On the investors’ side, there are Mr. Hoang Van Duong – Chairman and General Director of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation and Mr. Diep Quoc Phu – Chairman of Vantage Logistics Corporation and personnels from functional departments.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the leadership of Nghe An province, Mr. Bui Thanh An – Vice Chairman of the Provincal People’s Committee welcomed 2 major investors to invest in Nghe An. Informing two investors about the situation of attracting FDI investment in recent years, including the contribution of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation, when the company is the infrastructure investor of 2 industrial parks : Hoang Mai I IP and Hoang Mai II IP, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee was pleased to share some information related to the investment environment and the development of the infrastructure of logistics in the province.
Mr. Bui Thanh An – Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee discussed investment attraction and logistics infrastructure development in Nghe An
Specifically, Nghe An has received attention from the Central Government, which is continuing to promulgate Resolution No. 39, and the Government has enacted Action Program to support Nghe An development. The National Assembly also continues to amend Resolution No. 36 on a number of specific mechanisms and policies for Nghe An. In parallel with the promulgation of investment incentive machanisms and policies, many significant infrastructures that promote logistics development, such as the North – South expressway section Nghi Son – Dien Chau have been completed, and it is expected that the section from Dien Chau – Bai Vot will be completed in 2024.
After the Cua Hoi bridge is completed, the province is focusing on investing in the extended N5 road and the road connecting the N5 road to Cua Lo Port, with plans to ungrade Vinh International Airport and Cua Lo deep-water Port. It is expected that after the Cua Hoi – Nghi Son coastal road is completed, the province will invest in Dong Hoi Port to serve loading and unloading goods at industrial parks in Hoang Mai Town and Northern of Nghe An province.
Mr. Hoang Van Duong – Chairman and General Director of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation, and Mr. Diep Quoc Phu – Chairman of Vantage Logistics Corporation, were discussed and shared with the leadership of Nghe An province.
At the meeting, the representative of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation spoke and shared the strategic cooperation orientation between the two businesses. Accordingly, Vantage Logistics Corporation not only undertakes logistics services for Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation and Ju Teng Group in Hoang Mai I Industrial Park but also other businesses in the region as well.
The representative of Vantage Logistics Corporation also spoke and shared experiences in investing and exploiting logistics services in International and regional Ports.
The Signing Ceremony of an understanding memorandum between two businesses
The company hopes to receive support from the province to deploy appropriate services at the port, with a policy to not only bring goods from the province but also from neighboring provinces to the province’s ports. For its part, the businesses will try to ensure 2 container shipments arrive at the port / week.
