On June 5–6, 2025, representatives of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation accompanied the Suzhou Business Association in conducting an investment survey in Nghe An. The initiative aims to support the “Belt and Road” initiative and help Suzhou businesses expand their international cooperation. From June 2 to 9, 2025, at the official invitation of the leadership of Nghe An Province, the President of the Suzhou Industrial Development Promotion Association, Mr. Cao Van Tan (also Chairman of the Qinglan Group), led the delegation to Vietnam to conduct an in-depth field study for one week.
During the working session with the leadership of Nghe An Province on the afternoon of June 5, 2025, the Suzhou Business Association delegation from China expressed interest in exploring investment opportunities in industrial parks, high-tech zones, and collaborating with experts who have extensive experience in industrial and urban planning. This visit is part of a continued investment promotion activity following the success of the 2025 International Trade Conference between Jiangsu Province, China, and Nghe An Province, Vietnam, held in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, which the Nghe An investment promotion delegation participated in during April 2025.

At the meeting, Mr. Cao Tan Van raised concerns about investment policies in Nghe An and industrial parks, including attracting investment policies in the province, infrastructure connectivity, logistics policies, and investment incentives for industrial park infrastructure. The delegation also expressed a desire to have a point of contact for connection, information provision, and support for businesses conducting surveys and exploration in Nghe An.
On behalf of the provincial leadership, Mr. Bui Thanh An, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee, highly appreciated the willingness of the Suzhou investors and businesses to continue implementing investment research activities in the province. In response to the concerns of the Suzhou Business Association and its businesses, Mr. Bui Thanh An and representatives from the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board addressed the investor’s inquiries.

On June 6, 2025, the survey delegation visited the Hoang Mai I and Hoang Mai II industrial parks, as well as the Dong Hoi and Nghi Son ports, to explore the integrated “solar power – logistics” industrial park model, a self-sustaining solar energy project, demonstrating Vietnam’s ambition to develop clean energy. First, Mrs. Trinh Thi Thanh Huyen, Deputy General Director of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation, gave a presentation on the potential and relevant information regarding the project and the industrial parks in Hoang Mai, Nghe An. The main goal of this session was to meet and expand investment cooperation, promote land leasing, and facilitate land leasing activities within the industrial park. Additionally, the company proposed a joint venture model for managing the industrial park.
