At the Conference announcing the adjusted provincial planning and investment promotion of Nghe An Province held on July 31, 2026, Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation officially received a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on supporting investment research and survey for two industrial park infrastructure projects, with a total estimated investment capital of VND 8,750 billion.
Ms. Trinh Thi Thanh Huyen – General Director of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation – represented the company to receive the Memorandum of Understanding and Investment Cooperation Agreement.
Within the framework of this major event announcing Nghe An’s adjusted provincial planning, the People’s Committee of Nghe An Province officially presented two MOUs and investment cooperation agreements to Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation as the investor: the “Ngoc Chau Industrial Park Project (Phase 1), under the Dong Nam Nghe An Economic Zone” located in Quynh Tam Commune, with an estimated total investment of VND 7,500 billion and a scale of 1,000 hectares; and the “Infrastructure Investment and Business Project of Dong Hoi 1 Industrial Park, under the Dong Nam Nghe An Economic Zone” located in Tan Mai Ward, with an estimated total investment of VND 1,250 billion and a scale of 142 hectares. This event marks an important legal milestone, paving the way for Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation to carry out pre-feasibility research and survey activities for these two key industrial infrastructure projects.
Receiving the MOUs reaffirms the core role of a prestigious infrastructure developer that consistently prioritizes the sustainable development of local communities. The research, survey, and step-by-step realization of 1,142.13 hectares of industrial land will not only expand the modern clean land bank, but also serve as a direct catalyst to attract high-quality FDI, drive economic restructuring, and create jobs for local labor. Thanks to the active partnership and support from the Dong Nam Nghe An Economic Zone Management Board in providing planning information and streamlining administrative procedures, the project implementation progress promises to accelerate, contributing to the goal of transforming Nghe An into a dynamic industrial and service hub in the North Central region.
