On March 2, 2026, a working delegation led by Comrade Bui Thanh An – Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial People’s Committee – visited and inspected production at several enterprises within the province’s industrial parks, including those in Hoang Mai I and Hoang Mai II. Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation has been investing in and developing these two IPs with a total area of approximately 600 hectares. Currently, there are 12 investment projects in these parks, including 10 FDI projects with a total investment capital of about 807 million USD. Five projects are already operational, creating jobs for nearly 7,000 workers. Mr. Bui Thanh An highly appreciated the contribution of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation and other companies in those two industrial parks to the province’s 8.44% GRDP growth and 4.5 billion USD export turnover in 2025. The province affirmed its commitment to accompany the group, improve the investment environment, and support the acceleration of key projects in 2026.

Decisively Resolving Obstacles, Speeding Up Hoang Mai II IP

On the afternoon of March 24, 2026, Mr. Bui Thanh An chaired a meeting to assess the current status and directly direct the resolution of difficulties at the Hoang Mai II Industrial Park project. This is one of the 12 key projects that Nghe An province is particularly focused on. The province expects that after resolving existing issues, Hoang Mai II IP will make a strong breakthrough, striving to attract 500 million USD in investment capital within 2026, prioritizing high-tech, less labor-intensive projects that contribute significantly to the state budget.
