On December 20, 2023, at the invitation of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation, the Center for Business Development Support and Investment Promotion of Ha Tinh Province (IPA Ha Tinh) had a visit to Hoang Mai I Industrial Park and worked with the Company. The Center’s working delegation was led by Mr. Tran Nguyen Huynh – Director of the Center and also included Center officials.

At the meeting, the Delegation heard Mrs. Trinh Thi Thanh Huyen discussed, and introduced Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation and the Industrial Parks that the Company has been conveying investment in. Accordingly, Industrial Park and Industrial Urban Area projects include: Yen Binh Complex, Urban areas, industry, agricultural, and services area projects planned with an area of more than 8,000 ha in Thai Nguyen province, in which the land area used for project development is 1000 ha; Dung Quat Industrial Urban Area project with a scale of 1303 ha, total investment capital of phase I of 2,025 billion VND, is currently being implemented in Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province in Dung Quat economic zone; Hoang Mai I Industrial Park project planned on an area of 264.77 ha is deployed in Hoang Mai town – Nghe An Province.
Mr. Tran Nguyen Huynh, on behalf of IPA Ha Tinh thanked the Company for arranging to welcome and work with the delegation. Mr. Tran Nguyen Huynh highly appreciated the projects that the Company is implementing in Nghe An, especially industrial infrastructure development projects. Also at the meeting, the Director of IPA Ha Tinh provided further information about the investment promotion situation in Ha Tinh in the recent years, projects promoted to be invested of which Hoang Thinh Dat Corp also shows its interest in.

Mr. Tran Nguyen Huynh requested the Company speed up the progress of research and survey to submit a plan to the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province for the Industrial Park in the West of the City to meet the progress as specified in the Memorandum of Understanding given at the Conference to announce provincial planning and promote investment in Ha Tinh in 2023. IPA Ha Tinh will continue to accompany the Company to promtly resolve related issues during the implementation process.
The IPA Ha Tinh delegation conducted a field survey at Hoang Mai I Industrial Park, with a total area of 264.77ha and an occupancy rate of more than 85%. This is a modern Industrial Park, the entire infrastructure is invested synchronously, the proportion of trees and water surface is guaranteed according to standards. The investor also built a power station to provide electricity to secondary investors, treat clean water to provide domestic water and collect and treat wastewater to ensure environmental standards.
