On the morning of October 24, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, and a provincial delegation conducted site visits to several industrial parks, enterprises, and Party organizations across Nghe An Province to review their production and business activities, investment attraction efforts, and Party-building work. As part of the working program, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh and the delegation visited and held a working session with Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation, the investor and infrastructure developer of Hoang Mai I Industrial Park and Hoang Mai II Industrial Park.
During the meeting, the delegation was briefed by the Company’s representatives on investment activities, infrastructure development, efforts to attract secondary investors, and the production and business performance of enterprises operating in the two industrial parks.

Currently, the two industrial parks have attracted a total investment of approximately 20,000 billion VND from secondary investors. In the first six months of 2026, businesses operating in the two industrial parks achieved revenue of over 1.127 billion VND, export turnover of over 1.142 billion VND, contributed nearly 60 billion VND to the state budget, and created jobs for more than 8,000 workers. Besides investing in industrial park infrastructure, within the ecosystem of Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation, Sunwin One-Member Limited Liability Company is implementing the La Brise Resort project in Tan Mai ward, with an area of nearly 218 hectares, a total investment of 2,150 billion VND, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2029.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh requested Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation to continue improving the infrastructure of industrial parks, promote the attraction of secondary investors, prioritizing high-tech fields, supporting industries, clean energy, and environmentally friendly production, contributing to promoting the province’s economic growth.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh also suggested that the company research expanding its investment orientation and geographical areas; pay attention to supporting mountainous regions, ensuring a harmonious balance of interests between the enterprise, the State, and the people. Regarding the La Brise Resort project, he requested that the company continue to complete the procedures according to regulations and organize implementation to ensure the set progress. Affirming that the province always stands alongside businesses and considers business success as the driving force for the province’s development, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee instructed the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, relevant departments and agencies, and local Party committees and authorities to proactively resolve difficulties and obstacles, expedite investment procedures, and facilitate land clearance, creating favorable conditions for projects to be implemented effectively.

At Hoang Mai I Industrial Park, the delegation visited Andromeda Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd., a company with a registered capital of 107 million USD, which commenced operations in November 2023. Currently, the company employs 4,772 workers, with an average income of over 9.7 million VND per person per month. Revenue reached 782.2 billion VND, export turnover was 544.9 billion VND, and tax contributions to the state budget amounted to 55 billion VND.
